City of Richland Curbside Collection Schedule
The Heights at Meadow Springs is assigned to recycling group "B" for Residential Curbside Collection.
Yard waste, (green container) will be collected every week on Mondays along with our regular garbage (gray container), weather permitting. Residential recycling (blue container) will be collected on Wednesdays, every other week beginning January 10th.

Our HOA has worked diligently, with input from all homeowners, to develop solid Bylaws and Covenants. We ask all homeowners to respect your neighbors and our community, and follow these rules. Look out for your neighbor. Be thoughtful and aware. Let's take care of our great community.
